In this episode, Aria encounters more infected monsters (often near goddess statues or along her path to the Great Temple). She purifies them by engaging in “healing” sex, framed as holy exorcism rituals. The subtitle highlights roleplay elements: “lover play” (intimate, affectionate scenarios simulating romantic encounters) and “hero play” (heroic, savior-themed interactions where she acts as a heroic figure saving the afflicted). These involve consensual-yet-overwhelming physical intimacy to channel her sacred powers, purifying the curse through pleasure and creampie release. Scenes emphasize her nun attire, big breasts, monster partners, and the mix of devotion, temptation, and erotic purification without heavy non-con.
Key plot beats include Aria discovering more about the disease’s spread, confronting infected with personal stories (some falling for her), and using her body to save them—culminating in climactic ritual sex that advances her journey and mission to reach the Great Temple.
